We proudly unveil to Pakistan the epitome of European ingenuity: the Maillefer 69kV CCV line.

Within this technological marvel lies our catenary continuous vulcanization process. Here, aluminum or copper conductors for medium and high voltage cables receive meticulous insulation, tailored precisely to cable designs. The insulation layers undergo heat treatment within a pressurized tube, protected by nitrogen gas. Temperatures soar between 200 to 450 degrees Celsius, with a nitrogen pressure of 10 bar.

Throughout the curing process, temperature and cable speed dance in synchrony, ensuring thorough cross-linking even within the innermost layers. Once cured, the cable undergoes a cooling process, either through circulating water or nitrogen gas, before being exposed to normal atmospheric pressure and meticulously wound onto cable reels.

Automation reigns supreme with our Line Control Auto Cure 4.1 system. Every facet of the catenary continuous vulcanization process is meticulously monitored and adjusted in real-time, from temperature and speed to pressures and cable dimensions. Production parameters are calculated in advance, recipes formulated for each cable type, ensuring consistency and quality at every turn.

Complementing this precision is our advanced automatic material drying and conveying system by Motan, a global leader in material handling systems. Moisture and dust are banished, ensuring materials enter the CCV line in pristine condition, guaranteeing flawless results.

Sikora X-RAY 8000 NXT takes quality control to new heights with its cutting-edge analysis technology. Offering an 8-point display of wall thicknesses, featuring ceramic and non-toxic X-ray windows for extended lifespan and uninterrupted operation.
